Soft Shake Compilation: Vol. 1
In the fall of 2019, the Soft Shake team sat down and began dreaming about putting together a compilation of music from artists we had been writing about as well as artists we wanted to support. We wanted to support the artists we admired by releasing a collection of brand new singles written and recorded by the bands. We’re quite fond of this assembly of artists from a variety of genres. It makes for a really fun listening experience. We think you’ll agree.
Our plan was changed, rearranged, and put through the ringer in the time this project took to make. Despite being forced to change countless plans as the global health crisis instantly redirected the landscape of the entertainment industry, the artists remained motivated and enthusiastic to continue pushing forward through it all. We want to first thank them for bearing with us and for helping make our first compilation a reality, and secondly, we want to thank you for reading, for listening, for sharing...because without your support, none of this would be possible.
